摘要
建立一类气浮支承高速喷漆涡轮非线性动力学模型 ,研究了其动态承载力随轴承各参数和系统静平衡点随转速变化的规律 ,给出了工作状态下的系统最低失效速度 ,以及轴承轴颈间隙与最低失效速度之间的内在关系 ,进而探讨了各种工况下系统的运动稳定性及失效条件。
The non linear dynamic model is set up of one type of high speed painting automizor with gas supporting system. The relation between dynamic carrying force and bearing parameters and the law between static balance position and rotating speed are both studied. Thus, the critical velocity under working condition is found, and the relation between bearing clearance and the critical velocity is researched. Then rotate stability and critical condition is discussed from theory.
