摘要
介绍了木纤维SLS加工的基本工作原理 ,提出了功率密度的计算公式 ,对木纤维SLS技术的参数确定进行了初步探讨。本文从微观上分析了木纤维各向异性下的燃烧机理 ,从而从更深层次上认识了木纤维的SLS技术。给出了功率密度的计算公式 ,丰富了传统木纤维SLS加工的理论。本文对木纤维SLS加工的理论进行了系统化研究 ,并对木纤维SLS技术的参数确定进行了初步探讨 ,使SLS在木纤维上的研究深入了一步。
This paper introduces the fundamental principle of wood fibre SLS sewing,the formula of power density,and how to determine the parameter of wood fibre SLS technology.The above process is the microcosmic principle of wood fibre SLS sewing,which shows the energy microcosmic and macroscopic exchange in machining process. This paper analyses the burning principle of wood fibre in microcosmic,so we can master the wood fibre SLS technology deeply,This paper gives the formula of power density,which enriches the theory of the traditional wood fibre SLS sewing,This paper studies the theory of the wood fibre SLS sewing system atically and discuss how to determine the parameter preliminarily, which make SLS go deeply into the research of wood fibre.
