摘要
以Li4 SiO4 为母体 ,叶蜡石为原料的Li8Al1-xSi2xP1-xO8系统的锂快离子导体 ,经高温固相反应制得。X射线衍射分析结果表明该系统在 0 .5 <x <0 .9的组成范围内形成单一的固溶体相 ,其空间群为P2l/m ,导电性能测试结果表明x =0 .6的合成物具有最高的电导率 ,在 6 73K时其电导率达到 2 .6× 10 -2 S/cm ,其活化能为 6 0 .73kJ/mol(温度区间 373~ 6 73K)
Lithium fast ion conductors of Li 8Al 1- x Si 2 x P 1- x O 8 which are based on an original unit of Li 4SiO 4 have been prepared by high temperature solid state reaction using pyrophyllite as starting material. X ray diffraction analysis indicated that a single solid solution phase with the P 2l /m space group was formed in the composition range of 0.5< x <0.9. The composition with x =0.6 possesses maximum ionic conductivity which reaches up to 2.5×10 -2 S/cm at 673K and its activation energy is 60.93kJ/mol (temperature range 373~673K).
