摘要
通过失重法研究了钨酸钠与聚天冬氨酸 (PASP)对碳钢的协同缓蚀效应。实验发现 :钨酸钠与PASP对自来水中的碳钢有协同缓蚀作用 ,加入锌离子可将复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率提高到 97 68%。碳钢的极化曲线研究发现钨酸钠 PASP和钨酸钠 PASP Zn2 + 复配缓蚀剂均以抑制阳极反应为主 ,碳钢表面的荧光分析表明 ,介质中投加锌离子会使PASP在碳钢表面的吸附量减少。碳钢表面膜的红外光谱表明 ,聚天冬氨酸中的羧基电离后 ,与碳钢表面的金属离子生成离子键。
