液力变矩器焊接工艺参数的计算机优化 被引量:8

摘要 液力变矩器是轿车上广泛采用的重要零部件 ,必须保证产品焊接后的尺寸精度 ;焊后需要进行疲劳试验以考核焊缝的强度。随着计算机技术和焊接数值模拟的发展 ,预测复杂结构的焊接变形在实际生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文主要利用热弹塑性有限元方法和残余塑变有限元方法 ,建立了液力变矩器焊接变形和焊接残余应力的三维模型 ,预测了液力变矩器在不同工艺参数下的焊接变形和焊接残余应力 ,并模拟了疲劳试验载荷下的应力分布状态等 ,分析结果与实测结果较好地吻合。根据分析结果 ,提出了合理的焊接方法与工艺参数 。 Since hydraulic torque convertor is an important part of car,it requires very high precision and quality when it is manufctured.It is necessary to ensure the size precision of welding and to check the strength of welds by fatigue test after welding.With the development of computer technology and numerical simulation of welding,it is more crucial for complicated framework to predict welding deformation in production.In this paper,welding deformation and welding residual stress of hydraulic torque convertor are analyzed based on thermal elastic plastic FEM.The stress distribution of the hydraulic torque convertor are also analyzed under fatigue test load.The results of analyses can be regarded as warrants and references for the choice of suitable welding methods and parameters and for the design and process of welding products and clamps.
