摘要
本文对连铸凝固过程进行传热分析,结果表明拉速对凝固液芯长度的影响远大于过热度。结合特殊钢生产实际情况,阐述了浇注工艺对中心疏松的影响机制,为确定拉坯制度提供一条参考思路。
Mathematical medeling of heat transfer in continuons casting is made in this paper.The result indicates that casting speed has a greater effect on the liquid core length of strand than super heat.The influence of casting parameters on central porosity is investigated based on the production of special steel, providing a reference concept to defing the withdrawal system.
