摘要
通过 LF精炼脱硫工业实验,确定了在不同条件下熔渣和钢水中的实际硫分配比.在二元碱度较高时,大部分实验数据与经验公式计算值相差近 2-4倍 此外,用反应平衡计算的值要比实验数据大许多.在本实验条件下,脱硫速率和时间之间有较好的线性关系,脱硫传质系数为 2.67×10-3cm/min.该结果为LF炉生产中脱硫提供了必要的依据.
Through industrial tests for the ladle furnace (LF) refining process, the practical slag-metal sulfur partition has been given under different conditions. There is a great difference between the experimental data and calculated results from empirical formula at high binary basicity. In the meanwhile the calculated sulfur partition through the equilibrium equation is much large than the practical sulfur partition. In this experiment, the good linear relationship between desulfurization ratio and time could be obtained and the mass transfer coefficient of desulfurization is 2.67x10(-3) cm/min. The results provide the necessary basis for the desulfurization in LF refining process.
