摘要
提出了方坯连铸高碳铬轴承钢中心偏析的形成机理。改善连铸高碳铬轴承钢的中心偏析的方法和途径有:提高连铸坯的宽厚比,减少钢中残余元素、有害元素及夹杂物含量,降低和稳定过热度,合理选择拉速、二冷强度和电磁搅拌参数,采用软压下技术。比较试验表明;连铸生产的φ35mm轴承钢材的接触疲劳寿命L_(10)是模铸材的1.30倍以上,连铸生产的φ50mm轴承钢材的接触疲劳寿命L_(50)是模铸材的1.87倍以上。连铸材的弥散性和均匀性优于模铸材。
This paper describes the mechanism of center segregation of CC high-carbon chromium bearing steel billet. The technologies improving the center segregation include: increasing the ratio of width and thichness of billet;decreasing residual and harmful elements and inclusions in liquid steel; lowering and stabilizing ouerheat degree; chosing reasonably casting speed, intensity of secondary cooling water and the parameters of electromagnetic stirring; and adopting soft reduction. The contact fatigue life of CC billet is compared with the cast ingot. The comparative test is carried out. It shows that the contact fatigue life L10 of φ35mm CC billet is over 1.30times as long as the ingot, and φ50mm is over 1.87times. The dispersion and unifomity of CC billet are superior to the cast ingot.
