摘要
本文讨论结晶器振动波形曲线选择与确定的技术原则,分析了结晶器振动波形曲线对结晶器振动工艺效果及振动装置使用状况的影响,给出结晶器非正弦振动的极限形式,指出了结晶器非正弦振动形式优化的方向。
In this paper, the technological principle on chosing and determining of oscillating waveform curve of mould is discussed. The influences of the waveform curve on process results of mould oscillation and operating condition of oscillation unit are analyzed. The limit form of non-sinusoidal oscillation of mould is put forword, and further optimium aim of non-sinusoidal oscillation form of mould is pointed out.
