摘要
连铸当前和今后的研究及发展目标是浇注接近最终产品形状和尸寸的铸坯,以便减少加工工序或建立连铸连轧生产线。本文结合马钢异型坯连铸机的热试生产,对近终型“H”连铸坯的低高倍组织及质量进行了分析,探讨了连铸异型坯热装轧制的可能性,并对近终形连铸技术在我国的发展作出了展望。
The recent and future R & D will focus on near-net-shape CC in order to reduce the working procedure or have a compact production line.This paper introduces the start up of H-beam CC and analyses the macro and micro structure of strand in Manshan Iron & Steel Co. ,Ltd. .In addition, it also investigales the future development of near-nel-shape CC and the possibility of HCK in China.
