摘要
采用金属型重力铸造方法试制镁合金 (AM6 0B)汽车车轮铸件 ;分析了合金成分对性能和工艺的影响 ,在试制中探索各种工艺因素对铸件品质的作用规律 ,并采取措施控制各工艺因素 ,最终确定了克服多种缺陷的最佳工艺条件 ,成功试制了满足用户要求的铸件。
The automobile wheel castings of magnesium alloy (AM60B) has been fabricated by permanent mold gravity casting in the experiment processing. The effect of the alloy elements on the properties and production techniques have been studied, and the influencing rule of varies technique parameters on quality have been investigated. Finally, by taking effective measures to control varies technique parameters, the optimized technique condition has been confirmed, and the castings which are satisfied with customer requipments are successfully obtained.
