摘要
针对球墨铸铁齿条生产中的变形问题进行测试 ,分析了造成齿条变形的原因 ,通过改进预先热处理工艺 ,增加去应力退火 。
The deformation of the nodular cast iron rack of rapier loom during manufacture is tested in this paper.The reason of deformation of rack is given.The measures to prevent the deformation are provide in this paper.The measures included improving the process of the preliminary heat treatment,adding stress-relief annealing,improving the process of plasma nitriding,etc.
