摘要
采用冰冻熔融法制备脂质体 ,包封率进行测定可达 2 9%。同时对影响包封率的因素进行了分析 ,得出卵磷脂∶胆固醇为 5∶2 ,超声时间为 3min ,中性环境 ,冰冻 2 4h或冷藏 3d ,4℃左右贮存 ,其稳定性良好 ,包封率几乎无变化。
In this experiment PST lipsome was produced by freeze thawing method. And the encapsulation percentage were 29%. At the same time the stability was also studied. The conclusion was that the PST lipsome had a good stability at4℃,and the encapsulation percentage almost had no chang.
