摘要
在 p H=6.3的六次甲基四胺缓冲液中 ,镍与偶氮胂 K形成 1∶ 3的配合物 ,在 630 nm波长处有最大吸收 ,摩尔吸光系数ε=5 .67× 10 4 L· mol-1· cm-1。镍含量在 2— 15μg/2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律。
In the hexamine buffer solution (pH=6.3),the colour reaction of nickel with arsenazo\|K have been studied.The molar ratio of Ni to arsenazo\|K is 1∶3.The maximum absorbance is at 630nm and the molar absorptivity is 5.67×10\+4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 2_15 μg Ni/25mL.This method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of nickel in ferrophosphorus.
