流化床催化裂化能量回收系统的计算机仿真

The Computer Simulation of a Power Recovery System in Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Units

摘要 文中讨论了石油化工企业中的FCC能量回收机组的建模与仿真问题。特别关注于仿真算法的讨论与应用 ,在实践中 ,化工过程的数学模型往往是一些大规模的非线性动态模型 ,并且快变与慢变过程相互耦合 ,普通的差分数值求解方法常常出现收敛性困难。本文针对一类具有单调特征的过程模型 ,运用了一种大范围收敛解法 ,相当适合于多工况实时仿真 ,为工业过程建模与仿真提供了一条新的途径。 We deal with the modelling and simulating of FCC power recovery system in petrochemical plant, especially with the main attention to the algorithm of simulation and its applications. The mathematical model of chemical processes in simulation is usually a large-scale system of nonlinear dynamic equations, with the coupling of fast and slow processes;thus there are some difficulties using the conventional difference methods.In this paper, we apply a global convergent algorithm - based on a special monotone property of a class of process models - which is considerably adapted to the multi modes of operation and real time simulation.The idea of the methods may also give a rational way for the modeling and simulation of industrial processes. Some simulation results of FCC power recovery system are illustrated.
