诱导作用及其对复合调剖剂延缓胶凝的作用机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了诱导作用的基本概念及其存在与否的判断模式 .复合调剖剂由水解聚丙烯酰胺 (HPAM)、木质素磺酸钙 (Ca -LS)、重铬酸钠、硫脲等药剂共同组成 ,具有成胶时间可调 (5~ 30h)、凝胶强度高 [(10~ 40 )× 10 4 mPa·s]等特点 ,在某油田使用后经济效益显著 ,投入产出比为 1∶6 .33.室内对比评价实验结果表明 ,单独以重铬酸钠/木钙或重铬酸钠 /硫脲氧化还原体系为交联剂时 ,调剖剂存在交联过速或交联过缓以及凝胶强度过低的问题 ,均无法满足调剖剂成胶性能的要求 ;而以重铬酸钠 /木钙 /硫脲复合体系为交联剂时 ,调剖剂成胶时间可调、凝胶强度较高 ,满足性能要求 .通过实验判断模式及机理判断模式两种判断模式分析 。 This paper introduces the basic concept of induced ac tion and judgement pattern of its existence. The complex profile control agent is composed of hydropolyacrylamide (HPAM), lignosulphonate (LSS), sodium bichro mate, thiourea, etc. It possesses the features of adjustable gel_forming time (5~30 hours) and higher gel strength [(10~40)×104 mPa·s]. And it h as achieved notable economic benefit, and input output ratio is 1∶6.33. Room co ntrast evaluation experiments show that neither taking sodium bichromate/lignosu lphonate nor sodium bichromate/thiourea as crosslinker can satisfy the needs of gel_forming properties of profile control agent, because crosslinking too quickl y or too slowly and lower gel strength are present in profile control agent. On the contrary, taking sodium bichromate/lignosulphonate/thiourea as complex cross linker, profile control agent can meet the needs of properties, because it posse sses the features of adjustable gel_forming time and higher gel strength, etc. U pon experimental judgement pattern and mechanism judgement pattern, it proves th at the induced action is the key to delayed crosslinked action in the complex profile control agent.
