摘要
目的 :评价复方普鲁卡因片治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴发抑郁症的疗效。方法 :152例慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴发抑郁症病人随机分为治疗组 76例 ,在基础治疗同时口服复方普鲁卡因片 0 .33g ,bid ,12d为一个疗程 ,用 2个疗程 ;对照组 76例 ,给予基础治疗 ,不合用任何精神类治疗药物。采用HAMD评定临床疗效 ,并进行治疗前后HAMD及生活质量评分比较。结果 :治疗 2个疗程后 ,2组HAMD总分显著下降 ,生活质量评分显著上升 ,均P <0 .0 1。治疗组总有效率为 93% ,对照组为 6 6 % ,P <0 .0 5。治疗组副作用少而轻微。结论 :复方普鲁卡因片用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴发抑郁症有较好疗效 。
AIM:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of procaine composite tablet in the treatment of COPD accompanied with depression. METHODS: One hundred and fifty two patients with COPD accompanied with depression were randomLy divided into two groups.The treatment group of 76 patients [M 46,F 30;age (65± s 8) a]was treated with procaine composite tablet 0.33 g, p o,bid for 2 courses (12 d as a course)when was treated with basal treatment;the control group of other 76 patients [M 50,F 26;age(62±10) a]was treated with basal treatment,with no any psychotropic drugs.Their symptoms were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and the changes of scores of depression HAMD and quality of life between the results before and after the treatment were compared. RESULTS:After 2 courses, the total scores of HAMD decreased and the scores of quality of life increased significantly in both groups( P <0.01).The total effective rates were 93 % and 66 %,respectively( P < 0.05). Side effects of the treatment group were rare and mild. CONCLUSION:Procaine composite tablet is an effective and safe drug for treatment of COPD accompanied with depression.Procainecompositet
