摘要
目的 :采用反相高效液相色谱法测定二陈丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法 :色谱柱为HypersilBDSC8柱 (10 μm) ,流动相为乙腈 - 8%醋酸水溶液 (17∶83) ,流速 1 0mL·min-1,柱温 40℃ ,检测波长 2 84nm ,外标峰面积法定量。结果 :橙皮苷的进样量在 0 0 2~ 2 0 0 μg范围内 ,与峰面积有良好的线性关系 (r =0 9999) ;精密度RSD为 0 83 % ;平均加样回收率为 10 0 1%。结论 :该方法简便 ,结果可靠 ,可以有效地用于二陈丸的质量控制。
Objective:The content of hesperidin in Erchen pills was determined by RP-HPLC.Method:The chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS C 8(10 μm);the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water containing 8% acetic acid(17∶83);the flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 ;the column temperature was 40 ℃;the examination wavelength was 284 nm and using external standard and peak area method to determine content.Results:The injected quantity of hesperidin had a very good linear relationship with peak area from 0 02~2 00 μg.RSD of determination was 0 83%.The average sample recovery percent was 100 1%.Conclusion:This method is simple and believable,it can be effectively used for quality control of Erchen pill.
