摘要
目的 :建立同时测定咖普苯片中咖啡因、盐酸普萘洛尔、苯妥英钠 3组分含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 :采用In ertsil-ODS柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 - 0 2mol·mL-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (5 0∶43∶2 ) ,流速 1 0mL·min-1,检测波长 2 30nm ,外标法计算。结果 :线性范围分别是 :咖啡因 2 0~ 16 0 μg·mL-1,r =0 9998;盐酸普萘洛尔 3~ 2 4μg·mL-1,r =0 9995 ;苯妥英钠 35~ 2 80 μg·mL-1,r =0 9999。回收率 :咖啡因 10 0 3 % ;盐酸普萘洛尔 10 0 7% ;苯妥英钠98 6 %。结论 :本方法分离效果好 ,辅料无干扰 ,快速、简便 ,适用于该制剂
Objective:To establish a method for determination of three constituents in Kapuben tablet:caffeine,propranolol hydrochloride,phenytoin sodium.Method:Inertsil-ODS column was used.The mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-0 2 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4 solution(55∶43∶2),at a flow rate of 1 0 mL·min -1 . The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results:The linear response range from 20~160 μg·mL -1 of caffeine( r =0 999 8),3~24 μg·mL -1 of propranolol hydrochloride( r =0 999 5),35~280 μg·mL -1 of phenytoin sodium( r =0 999 9).The mean recoveries of caffeine,propranolol hydrochloride,phenytoin sodium were 100 3%,100 7%,98 6%.Conclusion:The method is simple,guick and the result of determination is good.This method is suitable for determination of three constituents in compound preparation.
