摘要
目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定厄贝沙坦中厄贝沙坦的含量。方法 :用CLC -ODS柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以水 -乙腈 -三乙胺 (5 0∶5 0∶0 15 ,用冰醋酸调pH至 3)为流动相 ,流速 1mL·min-1,用紫外检测器于 2 45nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 0 0 49～ 0 146mg·mL-1(r =0 9996 )。平均回收率分别为 99 42 % (RSD =0 4% ) ,99 0 8% (RSD =0 6 % )和 99 45 % (RSD =0 8% )。检测限为 0 8μg·mL-1。结论 :本法具有操作简便 ,分析快速准确、干扰小等优点。
Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of irbesartan in its tablets.Method:Irbesartan can be separated on CLC-ODS column with a mixture of water,acetonitrile and triethylamine(50∶50∶0 15)as mobile phase and detected at 245 nm.The flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 .Results:The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 0 049～0 146 mg·mL -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0 999 6.The average recovery rates were 99 42%(RSD=0 4%),99 08%(RSD=0 6%)and 99 45%(RSD=0 8%)respectively.The detection limit was 0 8 μg·mL -1 .Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
