摘要
目的 :为进一步探讨转化生长因子 ( transforming growth factorβ1,TGFβ1)在胚泡着床过程中的生物学作用。方法 :本文通过原位杂交和免疫组化方法 ,检测了 TGFβ1及其受体在着床前后小鼠子宫内膜中的转录和表达状况。结果 :受精后 d4,子宫内膜腔上皮、腺上皮和基质细胞 TGFβ1及其受体转录和表达均较未孕期增强。受精后 d5~ 6 ,TGFβ1及其受体免疫组化和原位杂交阳性着色主要分布于初级蜕膜带 ( primary decidual zone,PDZ)。随着胚泡植入的进行 ,PDZ区蜕膜细胞 TGFβ1及其受体的转录和表达增强。结论 :TGFβ1可能是小鼠胚泡着床过程中的一个重要调节因子。
Objective: To clarify the biological effects of TGFβ 1 on blastocyst implantation in mice. Methods: The transcription and translation of TGFβ 1 and its receptor at different stages of implantation were observed by using methods of hybridization in situ and immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with nonpregnancy, the transcription and translation of TGFβ 1 and its receptor markly increased in epithelial and stromal cells on day 4 of pregnancy.On day 5~6 of pregnancy,strong immunostaining and hybrids for TGFβ 1 and its receptor was noted in primary decidual zone. With the embryo implantation progressed, immunoreaction and hybrids for TGFβ 1 and its receptor increased in decidual cells of PDZ. Conclusion: TGFβ1 may play an important role through its receptor during blastocyst implantation in mice.
