摘要
水是人们赖以生存的不可缺少的重要物资。近年来 ,水资源本来就贫乏的形势更加严峻。为此 ,全党全民必须树立水忧意识 ,节水和开发水资源并重 ,实施可持续发展 ,以造福子孙后代 ,为人类做出贡献。
Water is indispensable to human life. In recent years the situation of water shortage has been worsening. The Party and the whole nation must be on the alert for water calamity, and at the same time, spare no effort to save water and exploit water resources in order to bring benifit to our descendants and to make contributions to mankind.
