摘要
文中提出利用流体膜承载比和相对膜厚判断机械密封摩擦状态的方法和准数。从理论上分析了常用摩擦系数与工况参数关系的摩擦特性(f-G曲线),导出用流体膜承载比计算摩擦系数的公式并举例说明,可供实际使用。
In this paper the method and criteria for identifying friction modes (lubrication states) of mechanical face seals by using the fluid film load carrying ratio and specific film thickness was presented. On this basis the theoretical analysis of friction characteristic (f-G curve) are discussed. The formulae for calculation of friction coefficient by using the film load carrying ratio was derrived and calculating examples were given. It is useful for seal practice.
