DDZ-Ⅱ type process control electronic instrument was adopted as the main body of the heat control system for the cogeneration unit in Shanghai Sulphuric Acid Works.The boiler was equipped with two loops of autoregulating the flow rate of boiler feed-water and the temperature of superheatet. Some improvements were made in temperature-measuring elements, target meter transmitter, pressure tube, heat-tracing system, regulation system and regulating valves.The heat control system was simple, practical, steady and convenient to maintain and manage.
