在实验室绝热固定床反应器中研究了二氧化硫氧化的非稳态操作。对二氧化硫浓度分别为2.63、4.50、5.88、9.52%的气体,在气速0.2m/s下,转化率都超过了96%。床层温度预分布可以避免温升突跃,二氧化硫浓度9.52%下,最高温度只有570℃。最终温度分布和操作周期主要由进口浓度决定,温度预分布对周期也有影响。
The oxidation of SO2 under unsteady-state conditions was studied in a laboratory-scale adiabatic fixed bed reactor. Conversions in excess of 96% were attained at 2.63, 4.5, 5.88 and 9.52% SO2 concentration and 0.2m/s gas velocity. Steep rise of temperature was avoided by the predistribution of bed temperatures, the highest bed temperature being only 570℃ even in the case of 9.52% inlet SO2 concentration. The final tempera-ture profiles and cycle duration were dependent strongly on inlet SO2 concentration and the predistribution of bed temperatures also exerted an influence on cycle duration.
