摘要
用2—DE连续检查1220人,发现68例有左室条束,检出率为5.7％。41％的左室条束出现心尖区“弹拉音”,35％的左室条束并发功能性室性早搏。对左室条束与心尖区“弹拉音”及功能性室性早搏的关系进行了探讨。
1220 patients were examined by 2-D echocardiography. The identified rate of left ventricular bands was 5.7％. 41％ of the patients with left ventricular bands were found to be with systolic murmurs. 35％ of them complicated by functional ventricular premature beats. Also discussed is the relationship between the left ventricular bands and functional verttricular premature beats.
