摘要
浆细胞性乳腺炎临床表现酷似乳癌,结合19例进行临床分析,提出了从年龄、肿块部位、有无乳头凹陷、腋淋巴结肿大等几个方面与乳癌的鉴别要点。详细询问病史,仔细了解病情演变过程,掌握其鉴别要点,是减少误诊的保证,术中做快速冰冻切片检查,可避免误治。
The clinical manifestations of plasma cell mastitis are very much like those of mastocarcinoma. 19 cases of plasma cell mastitis were clinically analised. Also raised were such differential points between plasma cell mastitis and mastocarcinoma as age, the position of the mass, crater nipple, swelling of axillary lymph nodes and so on. Inquiring about the detailed disease history, understanding carefully the developing process of the disease and grasping the differential points were pledges of reducing misdiagnosis. Fast freezing slice tests should be made so that improper treatment might he avoided.
