摘要
自1987年9月至1991年3月施行体外循环心内直视手术21例,男13例,女8例,最小年龄6岁,最大53岁。疾病种类有室间隔缺损、房间隔缺损、双腔右心室、室间隔膜部瘤、佛氏窦瘤破裂和心房粘液瘤等。术后较严重并发症7例,分别为脑水肿、低心排、呼吸心跳骤停、低血钾和肝炎。20例治愈,1例死亡。并就诊断、心肌保护和手术方法介绍了体会。
Between Sept. 1987 and Mar. 1991, 21 patients were treated with open heart surgery. Of them, 13 were males and 8 females, the youngest one being 6 and the oldest one being 53. Causes of operations were ventricular septal defects, atrial septa 1 defects, double-chambered right ventricles, rupture in the aortic sinusal aneurysm and atrial mucous tumors. 7 patients had severe postoperative complications, which were cerebral edema, low heart output, respiratory and cardiac arrest, hypokalemia and hepatitis, 20 cases were cured with one dead. Also discussed are diagnosis, myocardial protection and operative methods.
