摘要
山东沂蒙山区恙虫病疫源地以小盾纤恙螨为媒介,黑线姬鼠为宿主,病原体为Gilliam血清型。属暖温带山地落叶林草丛疫源地,就其性质而言,属过渡型疫源地,危害严重,是沂蒙山区重要的恙虫病疫源地。
It's held that the vector of tsutsugamushi disease in Yimeng Mountain Area is Leptotrombidium scutellare, the host being Apidemus agrarius and the pathogen being of Gilliam serotype. The epidemic focus in Yimeng Mountain Area is a focus of a thick growth of grass in mountainous deciduous forest of the warm temperature zone. This is a transitional and most detrimental focus in China.
