摘要
郯城县1989年脊髓灰质炎暴发的流行病学调查结果:共发病57例,发病率6.94/10万,病死率19.30％;发病在地区分布上和年龄上有非常显著差异;2岁以内占总数的84.21％;男女之比为2.17:1;未服苗占57.89％,2胎以上者占52.63％。流行历时105天,8～9月为流行高峰。
Epidemiological investigations of poliomyelitis were made in Tan-cheng County irt 1989.57 people suffered from this disease,the incidencerate being 6.94/100000 and fatality rate being 19.30%.The incidencevaried with areas and ages.The patients under 2 years of age accountedfor 84.21% of the total.Males and females were in a ratio of 1 to2.17,57.89% of them taking no medicine.This epidemic disease lastedfor 105 days.It broke out often from Aug.to Sept.
