摘要
分析近16年间收治的34例肝外伤(治愈率88.2％,病死率11.8％)发现:早期确诊,迅速复苏,及时正确的手术,充分有效的腹腔引流,积极防治合并伤和并发症,均是抢救成功的关键。
In this article,analysis is made of 34 cases of hepatic traumastreated in the past 16 years,the cure rate being 88.2% and the mortality 11.8%.It's found that the key to the success in emergency treatmentis as follows:early diagnosis,rapid recovery,timely and appropriateoperation,sufficient and effective abdominal drainage,preventing andtreating concurrent traumas and complications actively.
