摘要
经食道心房调搏检查 AVNDP 7例,诱发 PSVT 4例,房性反复心律1例。结果表明经食道心房调搏可简便无创地诊断 AVNDP,对探索PSVT 的发生机理有一定价值。
Seven patients with atrioventricular nodal dual pathways determined by trans-esophageal atrial pacing examinations were reported.Such symptoms were induced as 4 cases of paroxysmal supra-ventricular tachycardia and one case of atrial reentrant rhythm.The results show that trans-esophageal atrial pacing is a simple,convenient and noninva- sive method to diagnose atrioventricular nodal dual phthways,being of certain value in searching after mechanism for paroxysmal supraventri- cular tachycardia.
