摘要
对比164例精神分裂症在Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型及混合型之间临床诸因素,表明Ⅰ型起病急、病程短、诱因明显、用药量小,疗效较佳、预后较好;Ⅱ型起病潜隐、病程迁延、用药量大,疗效、预后差、混合型介乎两者之间。
Comparative analysis was made of the clinical factors among the Type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and mixed schizophrenia in 164 cases.The results were as follows:Type Ⅰ schizophrenia was characterized by sudden onset,short course and obvious predisposing causes;in its treatment,a less dose of medicine was needed with better curative effect and prognosis;Type Ⅱ schizophrenia was characterized by latent onset and protracted course; in its treatment,a larger dose of medicine was needed,but often with poor curative effect and prognosis;mixed schizophrenia ranked between Type Ⅰ and Ⅱ schizophrenia in various factors.
