摘要
三峡移民的生产发展是实现移民在安置地“稳得住、逐步能致富”的重要因素之一。因此 ,如何在有限的土地安置容量中为移民的发展开拓致富空间 ,使移民的经济收入达到并超过搬迁前的经济水平 ,便成了移民项目开发的主要目标。本文仅以湖北宜昌草埠湖管理区和四川绵竹市开发项目安置三峡农村移民为典型案例 。
The economic development of migrants is of the important factors of realizing such things that help the migrants to be steady and become rich gradually in resettlement area So, it is the main object of the project development of migrants that how to open up the becoming rich space for the migrant's development in the limited land capacity and make their econmic income reach and exceed the level before they remove This paper makes the project development of countryside emigrants at Yichang Caobuhu administrative area in Hubei province and at Mianyang in Sichuan province as two typical examples and analyzes their existing contradictions
