摘要
本文分析了长期以来困扰着我国中小企业发展的融资难问题 ,进一步研究了在“十五”期间大力发展我国的民间金融业 ,使其更好地为广大中小企业的间接融资服务的必要性和可能性 ,并且提出了我国在发展民间金融业时将会面临的问题及其解决的可能途径。
Based on the analysis of specific reasons that Chinese medium small enterprises have had difficulties in solving their financing for a long time, this paper emphasizes the probabilities and necessities of developing nongovernmental finance during the 10 th five year plan. Moreover it analyzes the probably existing problems and puts forward responding countermeasures.
