摘要
有组织犯罪已成为全球继恐怖犯罪后又一种灾难性的犯罪。对付这种灾难性的犯罪 ,我们应有更细更密更全面的刑法对付 ,而且立法也应具有超前性。
Organized crime has become another kind of world-wi ld disastrous crime besides crime of terrorism.There should be more detailed,more concrete,more ove rall criminal rules to deal with it.
