摘要
计划生育方面的词汇翻译涉及我国计划生育的基本国策和中西方特有的文化背景 ,准确翻译计划生育词汇要注意词汇的多义性、翻译的几种不同方法 ,以及词汇的理解问题。这就要求译者多积累背景知识 。
Translation of family planning words & expressions is closely related to our basic national policy and different cultures between the East & the West. In order to translate them correctly, attention should be given to multi meanings, different translation skills and deep understanding about family planning words & expressions. This requires interpreters to accumulate the knowledge of related background, to familiarize with and make a study of relevant specialty and themes.
