摘要
可保利益与保险利益是保险经营过程中不容忽视的两个概念 ,关系到保险合同订立的有效性和保险理赔的可能性。可保利益与保险利益是两个既相互区别又相互联系的概念。
Insurable interest and insurance interest are two concepts, which shouldn't be neglected in the course of insurance operation. They are connected with the validity of insurance contract and the possibility of insurance claim. In this paper, the author puts forward her own opinions about the meaning, relationship and difference between this two concepts.
