摘要
文章分析了当前我国人才培养模式的现状 ,提出了改革人才培养模式的总体思路。以机械工程为背景 。
The reform of talent accomplishment mode is an important part in that of higher education. It is an urgent issue for us to establish a new talent accomplishment mode in accordance with our national conditions,with different regions and economic developments, with various levels, foundations and types of higher education institutes, with different specialties as well as demands from society. This paper analyses the present situation of talent accomplishment mode in our country, puts forward a new reforming idea. And based on the background of mechanical engineering ,explores a new talent accomplishment mode meeting the needs of the social development.
