摘要
目的 :探讨食管癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶 2 (MMP 2 )mRNA的表达。方法 :用反转录PCR(RT PCR)法检测 41例食管癌患者的癌组织、癌旁组织MMP 2mRNA的表达。结果 :食管癌患者的癌组织MMP 2mRNA的表达率(2 5 / 41)与癌旁组织的表达率 (15 / 41)比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。有淋巴结转移的食管癌患者癌组织MMP 2mRNA的表达率 (15 / 19)与无淋巴结转移者的表达率 (10 / 2 2 )比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。侵及浆膜层者的表达率 (13/ 18)高于未侵及浆膜层者 (12 / 2 3) ,但差异无显著性。结论 :MMP
Aim:To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) mRNA in esophageal carcinoma.Methods:Tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues in 41 cases of esophageal carcinoma were studied by using the reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR).Results:The expression rate of MMP 2 mRNA in tumor tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tumor tissues( P <0.05),and it was so as in esophageal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis and that without metastasis( P <0.05).Conclusion: MMP 2 may play an important role in tumor invasion and metastasis in esophageal carcinoma.
