摘要
利用Rietveld修正方法 ,从X射线粉末衍射数据对HoNiSb的晶体结构进行了精修 ,该化合物属立方晶系 ,空间群为F 43m ,a =0 .6 2 86 5 (1)nm ,精修的可靠性因子Rp =0 .0 94,Rwp =0 .13。
The crystal structure of the HoNiSb has beed refined by Rietveld method for the x-ray powder diffraction data.The refinement result shows that this cubic compound has a Space Group F43m with a lattice parameter a =0.62865(1)nm,and the refinement gives the reliability factors Rp=0.094 and Rwp=0.13 . After refined,a more precise atomic distance is presented.
