摘要
建立了适合负离子热电离质谱(NTIMS)测定的Os同位素的微蒸馏分离富集方法和质谱测量技术,实测了陕西金堆城斑岩钼矿中辉钼矿(JDC)的 Os-Os年龄:t168=139.1±0.7 Ma(Zσ),与文献[2]的 ICPMS方法Re-0s年龄测定值139±6 Ma(2σ)以及美国地调局Stein博士NTIMS方法Re-Os年龄测定值140.1±1.OMa(Zσ)基本符合。
To meet the requirement of NTLMS,we established the techniques of microdistillation toseparate, enrich and purify Osmium and the techniques on the determination of Osmium isotope byNTLIM. The Os-Os age for the molybdenite sample(JDC)is t186= 139.1l0±0.7 Ma (2σ)which is in closeagreement with Re-Os age of 139±6 Ma(2σ) and USGS Re-Os age of l40.1±1.0 Ma(2σ).
