摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定复叶槭、平基槭、五角枫的过氧化物酶同工酶 ,明确了其酶谱的特征及分布 ,并通过排序分析方法分析其相互之间的亲缘关系 ,结果表明 :五角枫与平基槭的亲缘关系较近 ,而复叶槭与上述两种的亲缘关系较远 .从酶带的数量和染色深浅可发现在三种供试材料中 。
Acer negundo,Acer truncatum and Acer mono were used to carry on polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The characteristics and distributions of zymograms showed the variations of isoenzymes.The sibship of them were studied by index analysis.The results showed that the proper order was A.mono,A.truncatum and A.negundo.
