摘要
建立了一光纤传感器系统 ,并对 NO气体的特性进行了研究 ,得到了 NO气体对光的吸收谱和光波长分别为 35 0 ,4 0 0及 5 0 0 nm时 ,吸收特性随气体浓度变化特性 .实验结果表明在一定条件下 NO气体浓度与吸收百分比成线性关系 .该系统的响应时间仅为 5 s,恢复时间在 10
A fiber optic sensor system that can measure and examine NO gas is established and the characteristic of NO gas is studied.An absorbance spectrum of NO gas for the light and the absorbance characteristic for the different NO concentrations at wavelengths 350 nm, 400 nm and 500 nm have been got. The experimental results have indicated that NO gas concentrations have a linear relation with the percentage of absorbance. The responding time of the system is 5 s and the time of recovery is within 10 s.
