摘要
海湾国家盛产石油 ,但产业结构相对落后 ,技术人力资源不足。在经济上与陕西互补性很强。双方经贸合作前景十分广阔。积极拓展陕西与海湾国家经贸合作 ,对促进陕西经济发展及西部大开发具有重要意义。文章在分析海湾国家产业结构演变及经贸政策调整的基础上 ,对拓展陕西与海湾国家经贸关系的途径进行了探索。
The Gulf countries are generally rich in oil but relatively backward in industrial structure,and short of skilled human resources.Economically,these countries are much complementary to China's Shaanxi province, with broad prospects of economic and trade cooperation.Positively expanding this cooperation is of great importance to China's exploitation of the western area.In this paper,the ways of enhancing trade and economic relations between Shaanxi and the Gulf countries are explored after the evolution of industrial structure in the Gulf countries and their adjustments in trade poilcy are described.
