摘要
高校素质教育与教学改革的关键点在“人才”培养。人才是广义的人才 ,而非狭义的“专业”人才。高校应确立“以育人为中心”的教育思想。而“以育人为中心”又要落实到“以教学为核心”这个基本点上。教改要全心全意依靠教师。教改要围绕“素质———育人”来做文章。
The key to university quality education and teaching reform is to train talents.Talent should be understood in a broad sense,not in a narrow one.A personnel cultivation centered educational thought should be established,and implemented according to the basic principle of teaching as focus.Teachers must be fully depended on in the teaching reform,which should be centered on 'quality and personnel cultivation'.
