摘要
美国通过科技创新和制度创新 ,促进了以信息产业为代表的高新技术产业为主导的产业结构优化升级 ,形成了高经济增长率、低通货膨胀率与低失业率并存的“新经济”。我国发展新经济 ,应加大科技创新的力度 ,扶植高新技术产业 ,改造和提升传统产业 ,以信息化来推动产业结构的转换 ,并为之创造适宜的制度环境和市场环境。
Through the innovation of science and technology and system,America promoted the optimization and upgrading of industry structure, which is dominated by new high-tech industry with the information industry as repersentative,and formed'New Economy'with coexistence of high increase rate of economy,low rate of inflation and low rate of unemployment.In order to develop the economy of our country,we should strengthen the innovation of science and technology,foster new high tech industry,reconstruct and optimize traditional industry,propel the tranformation of industry structure by informationization and create the proper environment in terms of system and market.
