摘要
我国仲裁裁决的司法监督制度 ,应当统一国内仲裁和涉外仲裁的司法监督范围 ;取消法院不予执行仲裁裁决的规定 ;法院裁定撤销裁决当事人不服的 ,可以上诉 ;应当缩短当事人提出申请撤销裁决的期限 ;法院审理撤销裁决程序期间 ,不影响裁决的执行。
Perfection of judicial supervision system of arbitrational adjudications in our country include consensus of scope of domestic and that of foreign arbitrations,elimination of rules and regulations by which courts refuse to enforce arbitational adjudications,appeal of litigants when courts have decided to annul adjudications but the litigants refuse to accept them ,shortening the time limit in which litigants apply to annul adjudcations,noninterference of adjudicational enforcement during the period when courts are hearing the procedure adjuicational annulment.
