摘要
抓住西部大开发的历史机遇 ,正确认识西部民族高校图书馆的现状和存在的问题 ,为促进民族高校图书馆建设服务。
The thesis pointed out that the university libraries for nationalities must grasp historical chance in the great opening up of west China,face correctly with its present situation any questions existing so as to promoting the development of university libraries for nationalities.
