摘要
安徽省中小企业发展举步难艰 ,融资难已成为制约其发展的主要障碍。究其原因 ,主要有制度障碍和企业的内部因素。政府和中小企业决策者应针对这些问题调整决策。文章提出了以下思路 :从宏观上发挥财政和税收的扶持作用 ,建立健全社会化服务体系和金融支持 ;微观上中小企业立足市场 ,提高整体素质 ,为安徽省中小企业的发展共同营造一个宽松、健康。
Many small and medium enterprises in Anhui Province are faced with enormous difficulties in moving forward and difficulty in financing is an obstacle to its development, which is caused by the present system and internal factors of the enterprises. To solve the above mentioned problems, decision makers of government and small and medium enterprises should make some adjustments to deal with them.The paper offers the following ideas: Try to establish a complete social service system and a financial support with the help of finance and tax broadly;improve the total quality of those small and medium enterprises based on the markets so as to create a comfortable, healthy and sustainable environment for those enterprises mentioned above.
